The Most Accurate Formulas
To estimate step length in meters, we use your height in centimeters and divide the final step length by 100.
- For Women: Height (cm) x 0.413 = Step Length (cm)
- For Men: Height (cm) x 0.415 = Step Length (cm)
If you skip height, we use a default of 0.762 meters per step.
